Our office can assist you with probate issues if a loved one has passed away or with the creation of a basic will package in a cost effective and timely manner.  The cost is $500 for a Single Will Package and $750 for a Couple's Will Package.  A basic will package includes the following: (1) A Basic Will, (2) Medical Power of Attorney, (3) Durable Power of Attorney and (4) Living Will (Physician Directive).
