This a basic estate planning package and appointment time for the execution/signing of your Will, Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, and Living Will/Physician's Directive.
TIME: 2 hours
CHARGE: $500.00

DESCRIPTION: After you complete the wills questionnaire on our website and pay the $500.00, we will draft the basic will package documents for your review. At this appointment, we will actually execute your last basic will package documents before the notary and witnesses.
Will Package-Couple —$750
